Welcome Dr. Steve Rumery to IPAC and the UConn I/O Program.

The Industrial/Organizational Psychology Program at the University of Connecticut is pleased to announce the arrival of Dr. Steve Rumery to the program. Steve is an alumnus of the I/O program (receiving his Ph.D. in 2003) and now leads the Industrial Psychology Applications Center (or IPAC), our non-profit applied research center. Steve brings over 25 years of experience working as a scientist-practitioner in industry, providing research consulting and executive coaching services to leaders and organizations globally.
