Megan Miskovsky, M.S.

Chief of Staff


Megan Miskovsky, M.S., serves as IPAC Chief of Staff and a member of the IPAC Leadership Team. Her role spans the organization, where she aids in the day-to-day leadership of IPAC’s Associates and Analysts, serving as the central point of internal and external communication, and coordinating workflows, key initiatives, and team meetings. Recently, she oversaw the development of a number of IPAC’s measures, guiding the process from literature review through scale validation. Megan is a Ph.D. candidate in the Industrial and Organizational Psychology program at the University of Connecticut, specializing in occupational health psychology, employee well-being, and experiences of stress, burnout, and work–life balance. She has over five years of experience facilitating and implementing participatory workplace interventions using a Total Worker Health® approach and has presented her work at numerous conferences. She currently contributes to the Total Teacher Health project through CPH-NEW.
